Stop Smoking Aids, What Works? What Doesn't?

Stop smoking aids come in so many different forms. Some of these stop smoking aids are purchased over the counter, while some require a doctors prescription and some stop smoking aids can only be found online. All of them boast and make claims to their method works the best. However, if you are like me then chances are you have tried many of these stop smoking aids and found that they don't work as their claims. This is because most of them only target one area of this disease, nicotine addiction or the mental addiction.



Is there a way to stop smoking which actually works? What is the best way to stop smoking? I have seen these questions from many other people, I even asked them myself. I know there is a way to stop smoking that can be very simple and requires no effort, but it is not one of those "Stop Smoking in Just 45 Minutes" techniques. That is not the way. Just as you didn't become a smoker in only 45 minutes, going from a non-smoker to smoking a pack a day, you can not find a way to stop smoking in the same manner.

So now you want to know how to stop smoking? How to stop smoking once and for all? To let go of this habit and never go back to it again? I thought you would never ask. It's actually very simple, if you know how and why you are addicted to smoking. This is a method that works. It's not a how to stop smoking in 45 minutes technique, then again, we have all tried those already haven't we.

Not to state the obvious, but "cold-turkey" is the best way to stop smoking, and some people swear by it. Might even put you down because you couldn't stop smoking as easily as they did. However, I'm sure  like me you have tried that and it was very difficult. Criticism does not make this any easier. A method of thinking outside of the box, a plan and support does.
